We are members of both the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (RICS) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI).

We are RICS Registered Valuers and our valuations are subject to independent scrutiny by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Our Promise

We promise to donate a percentage of every project, sale or instruction we complete to Women’s Aid. Women’s Aid has worked to stop domestic violence against women and children in Ireland since 1974.

Who We Are

    John Corridan

    Managing Director

    John’s primary interest area is within the built and natural environment. He holds a degree in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University together with an advanced diploma in Planning and Environmental Law from the Honorable Society of Kings Inns. He holds a number of minor awards including a certificate in Building Surveying from the RICS. He was accepted as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland in 2008.

    His areas of expertise are:

    • Property and land – Marketing of property. Sale of property by auction, private treaty, tender.  Land assembly.
    • CPO – Acting for landowners. Representation at oral hearing, assessment, arbitration (roads, greenways, utilities)
    • Telecoms – Survey, Design, Planning consents. Acquisition inc Lease renewals. Rent Reviews, Valuations

    He is also director of Charterhouse, a telecoms and utilities company specialising in land and planning issues. Outside of work he enjoys participating in community voluntary projects, Park Running and family activities.

  • Martin Mulvihill

    Agricultural Consultant

    Martin qualified in 1995 with a honours degree in Agricultural Science from UCD. He comes from a dairy farm background and runs a sizeable consulting practice in the south west of the country. In his capacity as agricultural consultant, he advises farmers about all aspects of agronomy and all the various agricultural schemes, including REPS schemes, GLAS and Targeted Agricultural Modernisation.

    Martin is our consultant agronomist and advises on farm issues the impact of infrastructure schemes on farming businesses. Martin’s main interests outside of work are in community activities and fundraising, he has also been known to run a fast 5k.
